We ship worldwide. Every order is dispatched with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Processing time

Each item is prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days depending on your destination and local customs clearance. These are estimates, not guarantees; customs processing is outside our control and can occasionally add time.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, email support@evalgo.shop.

Duties & taxes

Prices are for the product and shipping only. Any import duties, VAT, or local taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order is significantly delayed or tracking stops updating, contact us and we will investigate and make it right.
