If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or email) is required.

How to start a return

Email support@evalgo.shop within 10 days of delivery with your order number. We will share return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
